Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Global City Foundation (BGCF) run the Busan City International Students Support Center (BISSC) to help and guide international students adapt to the community.

The center, operated by Busan Metropolitan City and the BGCF, is designed to support international students in Busan
- Operating Busan study fairs and participating in Korean study fairs abroad to attract overseas talent.
- Providing information related to special lectures, such as career and business startups and organizing an international student supporter program, internship program, and job fair to strengthen international students' abilities.
- Support for activating the international student community and networking.
- Free counseling services specialized for international students (Visa, mental health, etc.)
- Organizing Korean language and culture classes for international students
