Daegu-Busan KTX Line to Open in November

Prior to the opening of the Daegu-Busan KTX line in November, trial operations have started.

 

The Korea Railway Network Authority have now completed the second stage of the project, the Daegu-Busan KTX line (124.2 km) and, starting from June 3^rd, will conduct trail operations until the end of October. Once the opens, it will take two hours and 18 minutes for the nation’s own KTX bullet trains to run between Seoul and Busan, shaving 22 minutes from the current travel time.
