Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan 2025 Announcement
In February 2024, the Michelin Guide Seoul & Busan debuted, showcasing 43 restaurants from Busan. The Michelin Guide serves as a global benchmark for fine dining.
A year later, in February 2025, the Michelin Guide announced its latest selections at the Westin Josun Seoul, highlighting 48 establishments in Busan.
One MICHELIN Star—Mori, Palette, and Fiotto—successfully retained their status from the previous year; 19 Bib Gourmand—including four additions—were acknowledged for offering quality food at moderate prices and 26 Selected Restaurants—including two new entries, for their commitment to high quality cuisine.
We remain dedicated to cementing Busan’s prominence as a gastronomic hotspot, with unwavering efforts to develop and promote the city’s rich food culture.
