To select the optimal design plan for transforming the logistics warehouse in the North Busan Port into a unique landmark complex that combines startup incubation, culture, and exhibition spaces, serving as a hub for young people from all over the world to gather.

Phase 1: Nominated architects are selected through and open call for nominations
Phase 2: A proposal competition will be held for the architects selected in Phase1.

○ Gross floor area: 9,128㎡
○ Projected construction cost: 20.5 billion KRW (※ including VAT)
○ Projected design cost: 1.2 billion KRW (※ including VAT)
○ Schematic and working design period: 120 days from the commencement date (excluding permit period, including public holidays)
