Cinema Food Terrace in Busan, the City of Film
□ Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Tourism Organization will jointly present the ‘Cinema Food Terrace,’ an immersive cinematic dining experience, a total of six times between July and October.
○ As part of the world-famous tourism city project, the Cinema Food Terrace has been implemented in cooperation with the Busan Food Film Festa to firmly position Busan as the city of film as well as promote film-based tourism.
○ The event was already held twice last June at the Busan Cinema Center.
□ The Cinema Food Terrace allows you to take in movies and their stories and feast on the cuisines that appear in the films. You can choose from three options: 'Signature,' an exquisite blend of a movie and yacht ride, one of Busan’s most attractive tourism products; 'Standard,' where you can enjoy a film with Busan craft beer and dried fish and even join the ‘Talk with Audience’ session; and 'Cinema Concert,' where film scores are performed live.
○ The Signature event will be offered on July 26th and 27th at the Busan Cinema Center and Haeundae River Cruise Port. Alcarràs, directed by Carla Simón, and Call Me by Your Name, directed by Luca Guadagnino, will be screened. You will be able to find behind-the-scenes stories, food featured in the movies, and enjoy a romantic time on a river cruise.
○ The standard event is slated for August 23rd and 24th, and cinema concert is set for September and October.
□ Ticketing is available at bfff.kr (Busan Food Film Festa), beginning July 17th at 17:00.
