(Updated) Medical Consultation for At-Home Treatment of COVID-19 Patients

Patients receiving at-home treatment will be classified into either an intensive care group (over 60 years old, etc.) or a general management group, with health monitoring focusing more on the intensive care group patients. Community health centers can check current symptoms and underlying medical conditions of confirmed cases and provide information on how to get medical care, including non-face-to-face treatment during at-home treatment.

(Night and Weekend) Hospitals and Clinics for Telephone Consultation

Hospitals and clinics providing non-face-to-face treatment offer basic medical consultation and prescribe medications if needed for general group patients by phone. COVID-19 patients under at-home treatment in the general management group can call the hospitals and clinics regardless their residency during weekday nights and weekends.
