Proxy Registration of Vaccination Status of People Fully Vaccinated Abroad

Starting on December 24, 2021, proxy registration of the vaccination certificate on behalf of people fully vaccinated abroad has been authorized with the following conditions in case of difficulty visiting a community health center in-person due to some unavoidable circumstances. The vaccinated person should reside in ROK on the day of registration.


Requirements: Identification of the vaccinated person and representative, power of attorney, vaccination certificate issued abroad

Registration of Vaccination Status of Non-Korean Nationals Fully Vaccinated Abroad

The vaccination certificate for non-Korean nationals, fully vaccinated outside of the ROK can be issued at community health centers. In order to receive the certificate, the person has to submit their proof of identification (e.g. a foreign residence card, a passport, and a domestic residence card) and a vaccination certificate (including type of vaccine and vaccination date) issued from abroad to a community health center.
