The city of Busan has announced the Busan Sound Station has opened on November 26, 2020 at the Busan Post Production Center (6, Centum 7-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan) to produce state-of-the-art sound.
The Busan Sound Station is equipped with state-of-the-art sound production facilities and equipment for sound mixing, ADR (Automated dialogue replacement), sound effects and training within a 735.4 square meter area. A total 1.5 billion won was invested in the project from both the central government and city’s budget.
It will be utilized for post-production sound and contents production for local filmmakers. Previously, they had to go to other cities to use professional sound production facilities.
The city also expects the center to promote synergistic effects along with the completion of the ASEAN-ROK ICT Convergence Village on the 4th floor and companies within the building.
