Time for Busan
Busan has taken a great leap forward to become the maritime finance and derivatives hub of Asia through the Busan International Finance Center(BIFC).
To go further, Busan is preparing for the next stage of finance through the establishment of the fintech hub center, "U-Space BIFC".
The 63rd Floor, Apex of BIFC
Busan Metropolitan City will provide a free long-term lease for office space on part of the top floor (63rd) of BIFC to financial institutions for 25 years.
- Rental area: 165m² on the 63rd floor of BIFC (total area of the 63rd floor is 1,566m²)
- Savings: 1.25 million USD (50,000 USD annually x 25 years)
There are also additional attractive incentive packages, including tax exemptions and subsidies.
