The former Busan Industrial Design Exhibition has developed internationally into the International Busan Design Award. It is now an open place for the international design industry to share various design concepts. And to revitalize the design industry by linking platforms in order to realize and commercialize the ideas, the event is co-organized by the Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Office of Education, the Busan Chamber of Commerce, and the (Non Profit) Design Council Busan, and hosted by the (Non Profit) Design Council Busan. It is Asia's largest international design awards.
