To celebrate the holiday season from Christmas to the New Year, many places around the city will be illuminated with festive lights.
The Haeundae Light Festival takes place from December 1 to January 31, 2019 at Gunam-ro Haeundae Square, the former location of Haeundae Station, Haeundae Market, the event square at Haeundae Beach and Aehyang-gil. The streets will be illuminated with many colored lights, art installations and a light tunnel. An 18-meter tall Christmas tree will be lit up at the event square of Haeundae Beach. Various street performances are scheduled to be held during the festival.
You can enjoy the festival beginning from outside Haeundae station on metro line 2 along the street towards Haeundae Beach.
