13th BIKY, ‘Ready~Action!’ Finalist Announced

40 finalists for the ‘Ready~Action!’ section of 13^th Busan International Kids & Youth Film Festival have been announced. ‘Ready~Action!’ is the international competition section for short films made by children and young filmmakers which fully embraces unconstrained ideas and imagination. 

 

357 films for the ‘Ready-Action’ section were submitted to this year’s festival, including 40 films from 15 countries from East Asia, North America, Central Asia, Europe and the ROK that were selected by BIKY’s young committee members.

 

The 40 films in the finals will be screened for free under the name ‘Ready~Action!’ at the 13^th BIKY, taking place from July 11 to July 17, 2018 at the Busan Cinema Center.
