Busan Citizens Park offers free parking every morning from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. starting on February 1, 2018. It aims to motivate and provide people the chance to exercise and stroll in the morning fresh air at the park.
The free parking hours are from 5 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cars that leave later than 9:00 am will be charged a parking fee from when they first arrived. Therefore to enjoy the free parking, make sure to leave before 9:00 a.m..
