The annual Daejeo tomato festival returns to Gangseo Sports Park April 7 and 8. This popular celebration of local produce allows people plenty of opportunities to sample foods cooked with tomatoes and also buy some of the red rascals for cheaper than usual prices. Highlights of the festival include free tastings, displays of various tomato-based dishes and the making of a massive plate of spaghetti.
-How to get there: Sports Park Station (Metro line 3), exit 1. Walk about 10 minutes toward the park.
