Busan:
April 17, 2018 (Tuesday) from 12:30~16:30 and April 18, 2018 (Wednesday) from
09:00~11:30 at the U.S. Consulate in Busan.
During
the visit, U.S. citizens can apply for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of
Birth Abroad documents. A consular
officer will also offer notarial services and provide information regarding
voting, federal benefits, and registration with the Embassy. The consular staff is also available to
assist with emergencies involving U.S. citizens. (no appointments necessary; walk-ins allowed)

also note that the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Seoul
Field Office will have a representative at the below outreaches to answer
general inquiries about naturalization for military members and their spouses,
citizenship for foreign-born children of military members, how to apply for
carrier documentation if you lost or have an expired alien resident card, and
other USCIS benefits. The USCIS representative will also accept completed Form
I-407, Record of Abandonment of Lawful Permanent Resident Status,and Form
I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. To
