Busan to Launch 'Visit Busan Pass’ for Foreigners in a Trial Operation

A ‘Visit Busan’ Pass for foreign nationals will be released on February 1, 2023 on a trial basis for 6 months, providing major discounts at tourism facilities and public transportation in Busan.


Within a set amount of time, the pass gives free access to 30 paid facilities in Busan, such as the Busan X the Sky observatory, the Haeundae Blueline park beach train, Lotte World Adventure, Skyline Luge, the city tour bus and more. It also provides discounts at 77 stores and can be used as a rechargeable transportation card.


The pass has two types - 24-hour pass and 48-hour pass, costing 49,000 won and 69,000 respectively.


The ‘Visit Busan Pass’ can be purchased at the following designated locations - Busan pass promotional space at Busan Station (2nd floor), 6 tourist information centers (Gimhae Airport domestic/international terminal, Busan Port and more), 10 hotels in Busan and more.


To provide added convenience to foreign tourists, they can purchase the pass at online travel agencies (KKday, KLook, Trip.com and more) or visit the Busan pass official website (www.visitbusanpass.com) then pick up the card at the offline locations of purchase when arriving in Busan.


The city plans to officially launch the Busan Visit Pass in August after reflecting on the results of the trial operation service.
