Members of the public can now buy face masks any day of week regardless of their year of birth.
Identification checks will still be required before purchases to ensure equal purchases.
Adults can buy up to three masks per week, but those under the age of 18 will be allowed to buy up to five masks a week with the resumption of in-person classes nationwide.
Production of lighter surgical masks for the public is also to be expanded
