Busan Wondong Station on Donghae Line to Open on March 28, 2020

The City of Busan has announced that the Busan Wondong Station on the Donghae Line is set to open on March 28, 2020.
The Busan Wondong Station is located between Allak station in Dongnae-gu and Jaesong station in Haeundae-gu. The construction of the station broke ground in July 2017 following an agreement between the city of Busan and the Korea Rail Network Authority. With a 27 billion won investment, two station buildings, a platform and two passageways were completed after 33 months of construction.
The parking lot is scheduled to be completed at the end of April.
With the opening of the Busan Wondong Station, the Donghae line now has 15 stations linking Bujeon to Ilgwang.

Ilgwang – Gijang – OSIRIA – Songjeong – Shin-Haeundae – BEXCO – Centum – Jaesong – Busan Wondong – Allak – Dongnae – Busan Nat’l Univ. of Edu. – Geoje – Geojehaemaji – Bujeon
