The Busan Company Public Relations (PR) Center which introduces Busan-based companies and their products, reopened in the lobby of Busan City Hall on January 24, 2014. The center aims to help revitalize the local economy and provide information on Busan-based companies to citizens and oversea buyers visiting City Hall.
The City of Busan has operated the small and medium-sized business exhibition center to support Busan-based companies since 1999. Starting last July, efforts to renovate the space began and the center has since been equipped with many high-tech additions such as touch screens, holograms and an LED board, and was also renamed the Busan Company PR Center.
A total of 12 different sectors currently based in Busan, including the automobile, shipping and shipbuilding materials, machine equipment and metal manufacturing are featured at the center. Also housed in the space are over 100 promotional videos as well as products from 50 different local businesses.
In addition, visitors will now also have access to information on the city’s business support policies and prominent business leaders, which is all available in four different languages including Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese through the use of QR codes. The city hopes these expanded services will help promote Busan-based companies to overseas buyers.
Opening Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Closed every Sunday)
