Route 9-2: Sanghyeon Village ~ Igok Village

Gijang Theme Forest Trail starts at a 300-year-old zelkova tree in Igok Village where the last stop of Bus No.73 is located. The winding Route 9-2, the second recognized MTB course in Korea, is spread around Ilgwangsan Mountain. At a fork towards Baekdusa Temple, trekkers pass through a terraced paddy in Dongseo Village to Gijang-gun Office. Dongseo Village, which the Cha clan used to live in, has Chaneung antient tombs.
